In order to benefit from the services offered on holiday-villas.lu, we ask you to carefully read these General Conditions of Rental. They govern the sales of rental stays and are valid at the moment when the order is passed to the exclusion of all other conditions. Holiday-villas.lu reserves the right to modify them at any time. In all cases, the version applicable to the customer will be the one he received in electronic format (.pdf) or paper when booking. The reservation of a stay is worth their acceptance without reserve. These conditions are presented in French. Any dispute or dispute to which they could give rise, as well for their validity, for their interpretation, their execution or their realization, will be carried by the party most diligent before the Courts of Luxembourg and this whatever the country of origin client.
1. RESERVATION Reservations only bind holiday-villas.lu if it has accepted them, which it is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and, in general, all circumstances of nature to interfere with the execution of the reservation made. The client must be a participant in the booked stay. Holiday-villas.lu informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a given date, or at a specified frequency, is not subject to the provisions of the 7-day withdrawal period applicable to the sale to distance.
2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION 2.1 Holiday-villas.lu offers family-oriented holidays in the traditional sense. Holiday-villas.lu reserves the right to refuse any reservation which would be contrary to this principle, or which would seek to divert it. The names, first names and ages of all participants, including newborns, must be communicated when booking. Any erroneous information may result in the cancellation of the reservation without delay. For obvious reasons of security (swimming pool, evacuation possible in case of weather alert) or health (possible hospitalization during the stay), unaccompanied minors of one of their legal administrators are not admitted.
2.2 The acceptance is materialized exclusively by the sending of a confirmation of reservation by mail, fax or by mail, by holiday-villas.lu.
2.3 The customer expressly acknowledges that holiday-villas.lu can not be held responsible, because of the communication by its partners or by any third party, of false, misleading or erroneous information that would be mentioned on the website www.holiday-villas .lu concerning the sites of reception, and in particular the photos of presentation, the qualifiers, the activities, the leisures, the services and the dates of operation.
2.4 All photos, videos and texts used on the www.holiday-villas.lu websites are not contractual.
2.5 Access to housing could be refused in case of disruptive behavior of customers, contrary to the calm and serenity of the host site.
2.6 Reservations are personal and personal. They can not therefore be the object of a total or partial assignment or subletting without the prior and express agreement of holiday-villas.lu. Holiday-villas.lu reserves the right to cancel any reservation of a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
3. THE PRICES
The prices indicated are valid for the 2015 season. They correspond to one week and are in euros. The prices mentioned on the website at the time of booking are firm and final.
3.1. THE PRICES INCLUDE: – The rental of the equipped accommodation.
3.2. PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: – Consumption of water, gas and electricity. – Tourist taxes and household waste. – The cancellation guarantee. – Security deposits of a total amount of 50% of the rental rate. – The cost of transport or consumption. The additional services resulting from a voluntary or involuntary prolongation of the stay (anticipated arrival, climatic conditions, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer on the basis of the tariff in force. 4. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
4.1 Once the reservation option has been asked, a confirmation must be made within a maximum of 5 days, through the payment of the deposit. If you do not return within this period, the option will be canceled automatically and without notice
4.2 For all reservations made less than one month before the beginning of the stay, the full price must be paid at the time of booking: – the deposit – the entire stay.
4.3 For any reservation made less than two months before the beginning of the stay, payment must be made according to the following schedule:
4.3.1 When booking: deposit + 25% of the rental amount.
4.3.2 2 weeks before the start of the stay: 75% is the balance of the property sum
4.4 For any reservation made at least two months before the beginning of the stay, payment must be made according to the following schedule: 4.4.1 When booking: deposit
4.4.2 Six weeks before the start of the stay: 25% of the amount of location.
4.4.3 Two weeks before the start of the stay: 75% is the balance of the rental amount.
5. VALIDATION OF RESERVATIONS In all cases and regardless of the method of payment chosen by the customer, holiday-villas.lu will acknowledge receipt of the reservation as soon as it is validated and will inform the customer by e-mail or by any other means to its convenience. The data recorded by holiday-villas.lu constitute the proof of all the bookings and financial transactions passed by holiday-villas.lu and its customers. The amount due by the customer is the amount indicated on the booking confirmation sent by e-mail to the customer. In any case, holiday-villas.lu reserves the right to refuse any reservation in case of dispute with the customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the customer. The responsibility of holiday-villas.lu can not then be engaged in this respect.
6. MINIMUM DURATION OF STAYS All stays are 7 days minimum.
7. GENERAL Failure to pay: In case of late payment of a deposit of more than 10 days, the booking will be canceled automatically and the cancellation conditions described below will apply.
8. CANCELLATIONS – CHANGES
8.1 The client is the only contact person responsible for holiday-villas.lu, particularly in terms of financial responsibility, and more particularly in case of cancellation or modification of the total or partial stay . Any request to modify the criteria of your reservation must be sent by e-mail.
8.2 If the modification is not accepted, the customer must make his stay in the initial conditions or cancel it. Any modification request made 7 days or less before the beginning of the stay will be automatically rejected.
8.3 If accepted by holiday-villas.lu, any change will be billed as follows: 8.3.1. Modification of the dates of stay: A modification of date 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay, does not entail additional costs. A modification of the dates less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay entails an administrative charge of 15% of the totality of the stay.
8.3.2. Cancellation of the stay: A cancellation 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay, entails no costs. Any payment received will be refunded. A cancellation between 2 and 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay entails costs up to the deposit paid during the reservation. Any payment of rental fees, partial or in full, will be refunded. For any cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the stay, payment of the full amount of the rental fee will be due.
8.4 Any stay started is due in full. No reduction will be granted in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
