The basement floor incorporates 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a entrance hall with a chimney. Also one part of the house can be perceived as a single apartment as it offer a separate entry and can be detached from the house by a single access door. This apartment offers another double bed, living area with chimney and bathroom.
Located in the south-east of Spain, this area is ideally located for hikers, near the villages of Blanca (11 km) and Abaràn (14 km), as well as the city of Murcia (40 km).
